5 stars experience. Engaged Mr Lee for the second time. More adventurous this time, contracted his service to Genting this time. The last trip was pre-covid era to Legoland.
Quite expected, Mr Lee provided impeccable service. Replies were fast, professional. He was also very accomodating and responsible.
Drivers were professional, friendly and courteous. Never once had a problem with the drivers assigned. Not to say, there were always on time.
Definitely recommended!

I booked a veh to take me and my wife to St Giles Hotel at Mid Valley JB on 2 Dec. Mr Lee was gracious and accomodating in his arrangements. On pick up morning, driver was pleasantly ten minutes early. He was kind and attentive to all my queries as it was my first time for such arrangement. We got the the S'pore custom and was caught in a lengthy jam bcos of the tailback from the JB custom. Mr Leow, our driver was competent in manouevring his vehicle so that we will not be caught in crawling traffic. On our return trip, we were also caught in a 2.5 hour jam on the JB side. Thankfully, Mr Leow,with his experience, was able to go in the right lane to avoid the snarl. We made it back to our home, restfully and safely. I highly recommend SGmygrab for ur M'sia trips. Vehicles are clean, well kept and mechanically safe to bring u in comfort and peace of mind.
